2. Definitions
Client: Any individual or entity that books or uses our Services.
Service: Private driver and chauffeur services provided by Flyair Paris, including airport transfers, city tours, and other transportation services.
Booking: A reservation made by a Client for our Services.
Vehicle: Any car, van, or other mode of transportation provided by Flyair Paris for the Services.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 How to Book
Bookings can be made through our website, email, phone, or other approved channels. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Flyair Paris.
3.2 Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation (email or SMS) from Flyair Paris, including the date, time, pickup location, destination, and total fare.
3.3 Client Information
You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including your full name, contact details, pickup/drop-off locations, and any special requests. Flyair Paris is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods. All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Pricing
Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply for:
- Waiting time beyond the agreed duration.
- Toll fees, parking fees, or other third-party charges.
- Changes to the booking after confirmation.
- Nighttime, holiday, or peak-hour surcharges.
4.3 Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and terms will be specified during the booking process. Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by Flyair Paris.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation by Client: You may cancel your booking at any time, subject to the following fees:
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund (excluding non-refundable deposit, if applicable).
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the total fare will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- No-show or cancellation within 2 hours of pickup: 100% of the total fare will be charged.
5.2 Cancellation by Flyair Paris
Flyair Paris reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle unavailability, extreme weather, or force majeure events). In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
5.3 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Flyair Paris is not responsible for any delays caused by payment processors or banks.
6. Service Usage
6.1 Pickup and Drop-off
The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the agreed pickup location. If you are not present, the booking may be considered a no-show, and the cancellation policy will apply.
6.2 Vehicle Usage
The vehicle is for the exclusive use of the Client and their authorized passengers. The maximum number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the vehicle’s capacity. Smoking, eating, or drinking alcohol is prohibited in the vehicle.
6.3 Delays
Flyair Paris strives to provide punctual service. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Flyair Paris is not liable for any consequences resulting from delays.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Insurance
All vehicles used for our Services are fully insured in accordance with French law. Our insurance covers passengers for accidents during the journey.
7.2 Liability Limitations
Flyair Paris is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
- Delays or failures caused by third parties (e.g., traffic, road closures).
7.3 Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or its contents during your journey. You agree to reimburse Flyair Paris for any costs incurred due to such damage.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
By using our Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for the purposes of providing the Services and improving our offerings.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Flyair Paris and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
