1. Booking and Confirmation

By placing a booking with FlyAir Paris, you agree to these terms and conditions. A booking is confirmed when the customer completes the checkout process and receives a confirmation message. FlyAir Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT and all applicable taxes. Prices are fixed at the time of booking and are guaranteed unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made by:

  • Cash — Payable directly to the chauffeur at the start of the journey.
  • Card — Full payment processed securely at the time of booking. No additional fees.

By Requirement (BR) vehicles require a manual quote via WhatsApp before confirmation. No payment is collected until the quote is accepted.

3. Cancellation and Modifications

Free cancellation — You may cancel any booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time at no charge.

Late cancellation — Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up may incur a charge of up to 50% of the total fare.

Modifications — Changes to booking details (pick-up time, location, vehicle type) are subject to availability and may affect pricing. Please contact us as early as possible to modify your booking.

No-show — If the customer does not arrive at the designated pick-up location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time and has not contacted us, the booking is considered a no-show and the full fare is chargeable.

4. Waiting Time

Airport transfers — complimentary waiting time from the actual landing time is included. Additional waiting time is charged at €1 per minute.

All other pick-ups — 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included. Additional waiting time is charged at €1 per minute.

5. Flight Tracking and Delays

FlyAir Paris monitors all flights in real time. Your chauffeur will adjust their arrival time based on the actual landing time at no extra cost, within the complimentary waiting period. For flight delays exceeding 120 minutes, we recommend contacting us to reconfirm availability.

6. Passenger and Luggage Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the selected vehicle has sufficient capacity for their group size and luggage. FlyAir Paris is not liable for items left in the vehicle after a journey. Customers are advised to check the vehicle thoroughly before departure.

Child seats must be requested at the time of booking. FlyAir Paris provides child seats free of charge but does not accept liability for their installation — customers may check and adjust the installation as needed.

7. Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward the chauffeur and the vehicle. Smoking, vaping, and consuming food that may cause mess or odour are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. Damage caused by the customer will be charged at the repair cost.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlyAir Paris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to missed flights, business meetings, or events. Our total liability is limited to the total fare paid for the specific booking in question.

FlyAir Paris is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Insurance

All FlyAir Paris vehicles are fully insured for passenger transport in accordance with French law. Professional chauffeur licence and vehicle documentation are available for inspection on request.

10. Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
